CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The booking amount is 100% non-refundable.
The learner reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the program at any time before the beginning of the program.
Cancellation of the program upto 48 hours prior to the commencement of the program can result in partial refund.
Refund is not applicable to cancellation requests post the commencement of the program irrespective of whether or not the learner has availed or attended the sessions.
PROGRAM PEDAGOGY
The program uses activity and interactions with theory-based instruction.
The program uses a unique methodology to impart skills mentioned in the curriculum of the program.
ASSESSMENTS
The learner has to undergo the sessions and fulfill the minimum attendance criteria.
The learner has to partake in the assignments, assessments, and project work as part of the curriculum.
The learner is required to contribute to the course work which includes but is not limited to
- Practice assignments
- Challenges
- Summative assignments
- Time-bound assignments
- Group discussions
CERTIFICATION
The learner will be awarded a certificate of completion subject to the successful contribution and completion of the program, involved assignments, assessments, and project work.
DISCIPLINE
The learners are required to adhere to code of discipline and maintain decorum during the sessions.

Mindwerk is a skills and talent development organization providing industry relevant training programs for aspirants and learners.
The Services and the content available on the Mindwerk Platform are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
Mindwerk and the Associated Parties specifically disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Mindwerk and the Associated Parties further disclaim any and all liability related to your access or use of the services or any related content. You acknowledge and agree that any access to or use of the services or such content is at your own risk.
PUBLIC FORUMS
Information posted on learner’s discussion forums is at learners’ own risk and Mindwerk bears no responsibility to the information posted on these forums.
Information shared in formats such as comments, messages, files, photos will be available to all the users of these platforms and will remain in the public domain.
Learners are required to refrain posting any discriminatory, sexual, degrading, political, and any other hate propaganda on theses forums.
Mindwerk reserves the right to cancel the membership of learners violating the code of conduct on these platforms.
SECURITY
Mindwerk is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of the learners’ information.
The information that learners provide is accessible only to internal authorized employees and is used only to operate, develop, customize, and improve our application/services/products/website.
Mindwerk provides users with physical, electronic, and precoedural safeguards to protect information.
However, Mindwerk bears no responsibility in case of cyber security breaches and misuse of information.
USER COMMUNICATION
Mindwerk reserves the right to store contact information such as mails and contact numbers for further communication in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services.
ALERTS
Mindwerk may contact learners through email, or by phone (through sms/call/WhatsApp/mail) to inform the learners about service offerings of Mindwerk and its subsidiaries/affiliates or any other promotional content which we feel might be useful to you.
YOUR CONSENT
Learners are required to consent to the provision of information required for the use of the application/services/products/website.
Learners registering with us are consenting to our collection, processing, storing, disclosing, and handling of learners’ information as set forth in the policy now and as amended by us.
Mindwerk reserves the right for collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, sharing, transferring, and disclosing information, all of which activities might occur in the Indian region.
Learners availing the coursework outside of India are subject to the data protection laws of India.

Learners are not permitted to reproduce, publish, change, edit, and forward this information elsewhere outside these forums, if done so, it would be considered an intellectual property rights violation.
Learners can always raise issues regarding any comment or article shared with us via mail in confidence and the matter will be looked into by Mindwerk, however, the final decision to remove or edit such articles lies with Mindwerk

Mindwerk is not liable to learners for any loss arising to you from activities that include but are not limited to our negligence, breach of contract, intellectual property and trademark infringement, breach of laws, etc.
THIRD PARTY INFORMATION
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork (collectively referred to as ‘content’), apart from the ones owned by Mindwerk, is third party generated content and Mindwerk has no control over such third party user generated content.
Leaners do not have the right over such content and reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, publicly displaying, encoding, translating, transmitting, distributing including mirroring to any other device, server, website, or any other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without consent prior written consent.
The content that learners post will become Mindwerk’s property and learners grant Mindwerk the worldwide, perpetual and transferable rights in such Content. Mindwerk shall be entitled to, consistent with Our Privacy Policy as adopted in accordance with applicable law, use the Content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media whether now known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may include the Content learners provide and are not entitled to any payment or other compensation for such use.
MODIFICATION
The terms and conditions mentioned are subject to modification by Mindwerk at any given time
However, Mindwerk will notify users by posting a revised version on the site of sending the user an email on the communicated mail address provided during the application for the program.
The modified terms and conditions will become effective immediately after posting, or notifying the user or any other method.
By continuing to participate, the learner agrees to be bound to the modified terms and is required to check the site regularly for updation.
Mindwerk bears no responsibility for learners’ lack of awareness of the modifications made to the terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All the text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons and the placement and layout thereof, images, video, audio, data, content, software including html-based computer programs and other media, material or information, other than user Content, are and will remain the property of Mindwerk and its software or content suppliers. The Services are protected under Indian copyright, trademark and other laws.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant to the learner, during the term of this Agreement, a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited-purpose right to access the Services that are subject to a valid Subscription.
Users must acknowledge that any ideas, suggestions, concepts, processes or techniques (other than your Content) which users provide to Mindwerk related to the Services or our business (“Feedback”) shall become Mindwerk’s property without any compensation or other consideration payable to you or any third party by us, and you do so of your own free will and volition. We may or may not, in our sole discretion, use or incorporate the Feedback (in whatever form or derivative we may decide) into the Services, its software, services, documentation, business or other products, or any future versions or derivatives of the foregoing, or other services.
Mindwerk reserves the right over any test results, data information, and other output generated by the user or any other use of the services during the term of this agreement.
ELIGIBILITY
The users are permitted to use our services if the user can form a binding contract with Mindwerk, and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.
When the user creates a Mindwerk account, and subsequently avail our services, users are required to provide us with accurate and complete information, and the user agrees to update user’s information to keep it accurate and complete at all times for required communication.
FEEDBACK
Mindwerk welcomes all suggestions, and other feedback regarding the services availed.
By submitting any feedback, user grants the rights to use the feedback without any restriction or being eligible for compensation to Mindwerk.
By accepting your feedback, Mindwerk does not wait any rights to use similar or related feedback previously known to Mindwerk, developed by us, or obtained from other sources.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindwerk and the Associated Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any party other than Mindwerk and the applicable Associated Party, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
