Our Motive & Vision

The existing formal education system has turned a blind eye to the most essential outside-of-the-classroom skills. Knowledge and development of IQ are prioritized over other pivotal skills. The emphasis is on what to think rather than how to think.

This is why, today, there are not as many revolutionary inventions or companies. We want to emphasize the positive impact innovative ideas can have on the GDP and economy of the country.

The individual’s innate thinking and creative capacity is never truly triggered, owing to a dearth of such mind alleviating opportunities in the present formal education structure. A student is stuck in the rut of rote-learning practices.
This analysis explains why the present educational system only births a very small number of creative problem solvers, innovative leaders, and creative thinkers.

The future is here! Creative thinkers and entrepreneurs have taken the front seat. In the coming years most professions will lose relevance, or be taken over by robots and AI. To stay relevant, workers will need to develop greater creativity to take advantage of new technological developments, products, and working methods.

We aim to open one such door for you, so that you can navigate successfully through a rapidly transforming world.

What is Mindwerk all about and what is our vision?

Mindwerk is an impact-oriented skill development program created specifically to increase the number of creative thinkers, pragmatic problem solvers, entrepreneurs, and strong leaders with distinctive mindsets emerging from India.

In our curriculum, we place a strong emphasis on a person’s EQ or emotional intelligence.

Without a positive mindset, what good are all the skills in the world? Therefore, we ensure that the proper mindset associated with the Super Skills is passed on.
Encouraging learners to adopt an ideal mentality is something we take seriously.

Our pedagogy is primarily activity and interaction-based, with very little theory-based instruction. We use a unique methodology taking inspiration from Bloom’s Taxonomy to impart skills necessary for the 21st century. Since creativity can be applied anywhere, we combine it with a variety of skills. As people approach thinking as an enjoyable challenge, it becomes a conscious tendency rather than an undirected happening. This leads to the unique expression of the individual.

So, have you done your Mindwerk today?
