Learn about critical thinking and how it can help you make wise decisions. Finally, learn the framework of Problem Solving and understand how to solve any problem you face. Complete a real-world hands-on challenge using imagination, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Imagination
Discover the incredible world of imagination!
Learn how imagination works and bring it to life with hands-on activities.
Explore how imagination can be shared and expressed creatively and beautifully, and create something yourself!
Learn how imagination contributes to today’s technology-rich world, and learn how it enriches our lives.

Creative Thinking
Creativity begins with understanding Creative Thinking. Discover the three building blocks of creativity: Fluency (having many ideas), Flexibility (considering several perspectives), and Originality (creating something unique).
Engage in hands-on activities that build fluency, flexibility, and originality. Develop your own creative thinking skills by learning the framework.

Critical Thinking
Learn Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills through stories. Make informed judgements and decisions when faced with problems in our lives by learning these skills.
Take part in a hands-on challenge to understand the 5-step framework of Problem Solving: Define the problem, Brainstorm and Ideate, Plan and Build a Prototype, Evaluate the Prototype, and Reflect on Lessons Learned. Solve the problem in a team using Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills.

Problem Solving
Build a solution to a problem your teammate faces in the final session of this level.
Empathize, ask questions, and understand your teammate’s problems by using Imagination, Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving. Come up with original ideas using fluency and flexibility. Manage materials and time while building the solution, and then take feedback from your teammate.
Get a taste of what it takes to be an effective problem solver.
Part 2
Self-awareness, initiative and communication are key to making changes in our lives. Discover yourself, your feelings, and your interests in this level. Next, develop the confidence to take risks, take initiative, and overcome fear.
Communicate effectively by following the best verbal and non-verbal communication practices. Finally, participate in a public speaking activity to challenge yourself.

Self Awareness
Understanding and knowing yourself is the first step to greatness.
Create a map of how you feel on a daily basis. Analyse your life and make a book of memories, feelings, interests, and skills.
Make a self-care plan for yourself and take responsibility for your wellbeing and happiness. Set goals that will help you perform better in all areas of your life based on your understanding of yourself.

Initiative
It is impossible to grow without risk. A risk-taker needs initiative. Discover the importance of initiative for a happy and successful life. Find out what stops you from taking risks and showing initiative.
Learn how to weigh risks, and what risks to take and avoid. Explore attitudes and mindsets that lead to initiative and risk-taking. Make a detailed plan of how you will reach your goal in an area where you would like to take initiative.

Communication
Discover the fundamental skill of communication. Develop your non-verbal and verbal communication skills. Engage in meaningful conversation by active listening and asking questions. Practice speaking clearly, pitching correctly, and using appropriate tone and volume.
Make a plan to build your vocabulary and use tried-and-tested tips to build confidence when you speak. Lastly, use everything you’ve learned about communication to practice respectful communication.

Public Speaking
Get hands-on and demonstrate your self-awareness, initiative and communication skills!
Understand how to structure a speech with an interesting introduction, convincing supporting points, and an effective conclusion. Be assessed on your verbal and non-verbal skills as you write, practice, and present a speech.
Part 3
This level explores, understands, applies and develops skills that are needed in the workplace. Learn how to adapt to a quickly changing world by learning the skill of adaptability. Identify the qualities needed to develop leadership in yourself and others.
Get things done by discovering and applying time management and organizational skills, and then explore and develop money management skills.

Adaptability
This session explores adaptability, and how all living creatures adapt to changing environments. Understand the importance of adapting to change.
Find out what “change” means, and distinguish positive from negative changes. Understand that life and our environment change constantly. Reflect on the positive and negative changes in your own life, and learn how to accept change without stress.
Explore why we don’t adapt, and engage in activities to develop a better mindset. Develop adaptability by learning about resilience, the ability to bounce back from failure.

Leadership
Leadership helps us better the world. In this session, learn what leadership is and how effective and bad leaders differ. Find out why leadership matters today. Improve your life by becoming your own leader.
Explore leadership skills in a fun game, and create a plan to develop self-leadership and improve one area of your life that is unsatisfactory.

Organization & Time Management
Time management and organization are the most sought-after skills. Learn the importance of these skills to be productive and stress-free, and the consequences of not being organized.
Identify your daily tasks and how you spend your time during the week and on weekends. Organize your life better with tools like task prioritisation, to-do lists, schedules, timetables, and deadlines.
Use organization tools to organize a student’s life in a hands-on activity. Lastly, plan how to improve a disorganized area of your life.

Money Management
Good money management is essential for living a good life. This session explains how money is earned and spent. Find out what forms money takes in today’s digital world.
Explore the concept of budgeting and participate in an activity to analyze how you spend money. In addition, set money saving goals and learn how to save.
Part 4
This level takes your skills outside the classroom. Learn about entrepreneurship and how to be an entrepreneur. Discover needs and opportunities in your life, family or community, and come up with an entrepreneurial business idea to solve them.
Plan and build your idea using your communication skills and organizational skills.
Test your prototype in the real world, learn from failure, and adapt to problems.
Develop a sustainable scaling plan using your money management skills.

Entrepreneurship
Find out what “entrepreneurship” is and what it takes to succeed. Discover what a business is, its components, and how it makes money. Understand entrepreneurship’s high risks and rewards by looking at examples of large and small scale businesses that have changed the world.
Understand revenue, profit, and loss in financial management. Lastly, participate in an activity to understand a typical business cycle.

Project 1
This session begins your real world project. Think critically, use your imagination, and identify a need or problem in your life, family, or community. Turn that need into a business opportunity, and brainstorm about products or services that can solve the problem.

Project 2
Plan and build a prototype of your product or service. Show leadership where needed, adapt to failures, and take initiative to solve problems.

Project 3
Put your product or service to the test. Does it solve the identified problem? Listen to your users’ feedback and make improvements to your solution. Lastly, create a plan to take your product or service to bigger audiences!
